Excellent for moisturising, dry, sensitive and ageing skin. It is ideal for use before a party or an important occasion when the skin needs to be revitalised and toned. The cosmetologist will select the most suitable Sesderma products and/or acids for the treatment, depending on the skin condition and problem, to achieve the best results and to make sure that you can see the effects after the first treatment.
Procedure:
Demakeup ─ Removes make-up residue, impurities and excess oil from the skin. Facial exfoliation with acids or other Mediderma products (individually selected) – removes dead, squamous epidermal cells and activates blood circulation. Acid is wiped off and a moisturising vitamin C serum mixed with pure vitamin C powder (or other serum/powder – individual choice) is applied. Facial mask – soothes, protects, nourishes and restores the skin’s protective barrier (individually selected). Facial cream – depending on the client’s skin type (individually selected). Make-up can be applied 30 minutes after the treatment.

Course of treatments:
The treatment can be performed as a single treatment when we want to brighten and revitalise the skin. In case of photo-aging or other skin problems, a course of 4-6 treatments is recommended. Treatments should be carried out no more frequently than every 7-10 days. Upon arrival at the clinic, the aesthetician will assess your skin problems and recommend the appropriate course of treatment.
When can I not have the treatment?
- Pustular, inflammatory processes in the facial area.
- Exacerbation of facial diseases.
- If you have used the anti-acne treatment isotretinoid medication Reaccutane in the last 12 months.
- In case of local infection.
- Diabetes.
- Haemophilia.
- HIV.
- Keloid scars.
- Same day after a sunbathing treatment or a visit to a solarium.

After a procedure:
- Do not go to the sauna for two days.
- Avoid the sun and the solarium (depending on the acid used), as additional pigmented spots may appear: if arginic, ferulic or azelaic acids have been used, it is sufficient to avoid the sun for 1 day and use a cream with SPF 25; if salicylic, almond, pyruvic or glycolic acids have been used, it is sufficient to avoid the sun for 7 days and to use a cream with SPF 50 (the aesthetician will inform you about your post-treatment care during the treatment).
- Do not use make-up after the treatment.
- Do not use untested cosmetic products that have never been used before.
- After the retinol treatment, 2-3 days after the treatment there is a flaking of the skin and possible flaking for 2-4 days (depending on the acid used). Additional moisturisation is necessary.
